The challenge
Demand was outgrowing the kitchen. With several large events on the same weekend, recipes drifted, dispatch got tense, and margins were a guess rather than a number.

We standardised recipes and costing, redesigned central-kitchen and dispatch workflows, tightened food-safety compliance, and built a pricing model that protected margin on every package.
