The Aaminia Hospitality Support Care is a boutique hospitality consultancy for India and South Asia — operators who help hotels, restaurants, event companies and caterers turn ambition into a standard of service that lasts.
We have run the businesses we now advise.
Aaminia was built by people who have lived hospitality from the inside — opening venues, fixing kitchens, rescuing launches and answering for the numbers at month-end. We started this practice because too much consulting stops at the slide deck, when the hard part is everything that happens after.
We work across three disciplines that most firms treat separately — HoReCa, events and catering — because the businesses that endure borrow from all three. A hotel runs banquets. A caterer opens a café. An event company lives or dies on its food. We bring one connected standard across the lot, tuned to the realities of the Indian and South-Asian market.
We stay small and senior on purpose. You work with the people who do the work — on the floor and in the spreadsheet — for as long as it takes the standard to hold without us.
