Hospitality consulting

We build hospitality businesses that endure.

From concept and pre-opening to profitable, repeatable operations — we partner with hotels, restaurants, cafés, event companies and caterers to turn ambition into a standard of service worth returning for.

Why Aaminia

A consultancy that has actually run the business.

We are operators first. Every recommendation is shaped by years on the floor, in the kitchen and over the P&L — so what we design works in service, not just in a slide deck.

Operators, not just advisors

We have run the kitchens, floors and P&Ls we now advise on — so the plan survives contact with a real, busy service.

Commercially obsessed

Beautiful is the baseline. We are here to protect food cost, labour and margin so the business is still thriving in year five.

Built to be repeatable

Standards, SOPs and training that hold quality steady across every shift, every outlet and every city you grow into.

Senior, hands-on partners

You work with the people who do the work — on the floor and in the numbers — not a rotating cast of juniors.

What we do

Six services, the whole journey.

From the first feasibility question to a fully-booked floor, we cover concept, food and beverage, operations, profitability, people and events — as one connected engagement, or wherever you need us most.

Who we serve

Three disciplines, one standard.

Hospitality is not one business. A cloud kitchen, a banquet hall and a wedding caterer win and fail for different reasons — so we bring a specific playbook to each, held to the same standard of craft and commercial discipline.

How we work

A method, not a guess.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined arc — so you always know where we are, what is coming next, and what you will be left holding at the end.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start on the ground — your numbers, your team, your guests — to understand the business as it really runs, not as the deck says it does.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

A clear, prioritised picture of what is working, what is quietly costing you, and where the fastest, safest wins are.

  3. 03

    Design

Concepts, menus, SOPs and financial models built for your context and your market — practical, specific, and yours to keep.

  4. 04

    Embed

We stay until it sticks — training the team and tuning the systems so the standard holds long after we have gone.

In their words

“They did not hand us a deck and leave. They were in the kitchen and on the floor until the numbers and the service both held. Our pre-opening finally felt under control.”

Good to know

Questions we hear often.

What does a hospitality consultant actually do?

We help hospitality businesses open well and run profitably. In practice that means concept and pre-opening, menu and F&B engineering, operating standards and SOPs, revenue and cost work, team training, and event or catering production — delivered hands-on, alongside your team, not as a report you file away.

We are planning a new opening — when should we bring you in?

As early as the idea. The cheapest time to fix a concept, a kitchen layout or a budget is before it is built. We routinely join at the feasibility stage and stay through to a stable, fully-trained opening — but it is never too late to step in and steady a launch.

Do you only work with restaurants?

No. We work across HoReCa — hotels, restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens — as well as event-management companies and venues, and catering businesses. The disciplines overlap, but the playbook for each is different, and we bring the right one.

Which cities and regions do you cover?

We are based in India and work across its major metros and the wider South Asia region — on-site where presence matters, and remotely where it does not. Tell us where you are and we will confirm how we would work together.

How are engagements structured?

Flexibly. A focused diagnostic, a defined project such as a launch, a turnaround or a menu overhaul, or an ongoing advisory retainer. We scope to your goal and budget after a first conversation — which is free, and with no obligation.
